Hello Surya,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello Surya,

The Software Version you are using has not been supported for years.

The configuration is the same as for newer Software Versions but newer ones allow you to import configuration etc.

I suggest you look at these:

httpd.cfg.enabled="0" httpd.cfg.port="80"

The relevant Admin Guide matching your software version should have more d

Where should I include this, please direct me.

Hello Surya,

This is where having an old unsupported release becomes a hindrance.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Mar 08, 2013 Question: Where can I download configuration files from or create these myself?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above explains this in details. You need to manually add this to an existing configuration. Not knowing anything about your infrastructure makes this nearly impossible to explain.

Have a read here:

Mar 08, 2013 QuestionWhat files does my phone download or upload and why?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

I recommend updating to the latest supported version. This is all explained in the FAQ.
