Hi ,

 

I need to downgrade the firmware on Polycom 650 and 331 , whenever I tried to do it through the phone GUI I get no response . Please see the below image. What is the best way to do this ? Please keep in mind the client is not on the same premises they are on different network.

Thanks for your reply, the above image is stuck their for roughly 2 hours basically not doing anything, i have tried this on different phones and on different networks still same results. The firmware in question is 4.1.0.84959.

the picture still has not been approved so I cannot comment due being unable to see what is shown.

 

What software Version are you trying to downgrade to as UCS 4.1.0 is LYNC only.

 

Please bear in mind if your phone is loading the combined sip.ld it will have to download a rather large file.

 

If you have the split version of the sip.ld then it will only download its individual file which is the preferred method for slower networks.

 

You may want to consider to work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly if you require further assistance.
