Hello;

    I recently purchased several dozen Soundpoint IP 670's and I'm very happy with them. However, I have a user who uses a hearing aid and he needs to integrate it with his phone. This is the first time that I've ever dealt with something like this so I do not know how to proceed. Is there any documentation or examples on how to do this? Any insight at all would be greatly appreciated.

The SPIP670 is compatible as follows:

 

  • Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) handset for magnetic coupling to approved HAC hearing aids

Hello Frank,

to my knowledge there is nothing to setup on the phone itself.

 

The Handset should simply work with a compatible hearing aid as this is a industry standard.
