Greetings,

 

We have a polycom IP 7000. It is up and running, not sure how do i logout the given extn and login with an another extension. i am supporting it remotely but a colleague tried finding a logout button on the phone but could not find it.

Hello planetmars,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

This functionality does not exist.

 

You could simply overwrite the current SIP credentials with the new ones.

The above shows the examples for the SIP details either via the GUI or the Web Interface.

 

Software versions later than UC Software 4.0.0 will also allow you to use the Reset to Defaults for individual Settings on the Web Page.

 

You could also factory reset the phone in question to clear all old settings.
