When i try to enter password with letter in trio 8800 it seem to be impossible.

How to made letter with keypad on zoom trio 8800?

i resolved my issue, this is an config error. i reset to default and send fews of my config files.

Hi,

My uc version is 5.9.3.

I have attached the configuration file.

 

If i made a call on line 1 with SIP, i have a keyboard ABC... icon at the left near the top.

But, when i use Zoom unregistered on line 2, i have old style keyboard.

I suggest you get this into support.


In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Hi, i would a like with procedure from polycom like how to for zoom and hybrid mode. It seem to be not recent procedure available.

How to configure, options, fps with zoom and usb pass-through mode.... 

Do you have a link with complete procedure for visual+, trio 8800, eagle usb with zoom/hybrid?
