I am trying to pair a VVX500 running 5.8.3.2414 with a D60 base station/handset. After I realized the PC port on the VVX500 was disabled, I got it to work. But it picked up 192.168.1.31 from DHCP, and I wanted to reset the D60 to 192.168.1.2 static. Something about the process failed, and the the D60 seems to be bricked. Pressing reset for 7+ seconds does not help. A scan of the LAN shows it still at 192.168.1.2, but the D60 internal web server is not working, and all methods of pairing with the VVX (auto, IP, MAC, PC Port) are now failing. Is there any more radical reset than the button if you can't get to the web interface? Thank you.

Hello @hochmand ,

welcome to the Poly Community.

I suggest you get this into support.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
