I need your help!

Hi, I am a developer with SogoTrade. We currently are using the Polycom vvx300 and soundPoint ip 331 models.

 

I am trying to implement a function in the phone system but need your advice to move forward.

 

We make a lot of sales calls but most of the time we reach customers/prospects' voice mail. We would like to play pre-recorded messages ( a wav or mps file) when this happens. However, it seems like I can't make this happen with the "playSound" of the " pushMessage"  or the PTT.

 

I just want to double check with you to see if this goal is achievable with these Polycom phone models. If so, do you mind providing me with some directions?  I did a bunch of research on your 5060 and 2222 port but have come across a lot of issues. Seems like the formats are a bit different than normal.  

 

Would appreciate some help.

To my own personal knowledge there is no End Customer available tool that would provide this functionality.
