Hi,

I have this strange behavior. We are running a pilot to see if the IP 335 can be used with our Hosted Lync setup.  We are using the 4.1.084097 firmware on several phones as a pilot for a client who wants to buy many IP 335 or IP 321 modules to rollout.

In our Lync deployment other CX600/700 series phones do work fine. All phones are external so they do connect to an Edge server.

Initial setup works fine. We are able to call internal and external numbers. Quality is fine also. The only problem is that after a certain amount of time (+1 hr) only internal lync users can be called.  All other calls to external numbers calls fail. Resetting the phone helps, but again the problems comes back after more than 1 hr of inactivity.

Is this a known problem?

Thanks

Alex.
