IP 430 Line 2 not showing additional registration

Hello,

I have manually and through the web interface tried to add an additional registration. See attached for Line1 and Line2.

But Line 2 never registers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIPSoftware version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

Your software is no longer supported. On your Phone model we last supported SIP 3.2.7

Ok. Thanks for that info. Is the IP 501 with version 3.1.4.0070?
