Two recently purchased IP 450s are exhibiting the same symptoms.  When I first plug them in, they pull 000000000000.cfg which points them to the FTP server.  Then they get 2345-12450-001.bootrom.ld from the FTP server.  Then they upload 2 log files, and that's the last time they talk to the FTP server.

In the uploaded logs, it shows the bootrom.ld download was successful.

The phone then reports no application and reboots.  On reboot it complains that it could not contact the boot server, reports no application, and reboots.

If I set it back to TFTP, I'm able to flash the latest bootrom (4.3.1) and sip (3.2.7).  Changing the provisioning back to FTP, however, it still won't talk to the FTP server.

As I mentioned, this happened with two new 450s.  The back says REV.AB and REV.AC.
