We have a Trixbox CE 2.8.0.5 server that has been running well with a mix of soundpoint 335, 650 and IP 5000 phones.

Last month, we purchased an IP 5000 running SIP 3.2.4.0267 and it registers without problem.

This week we purchased another  IP 5000 and while the phone seems to register and it shows the proper extension, outbound dialing fails with a fast busy and inbound calls  are simply dropped.

When the IP 5000 starts, it has an error about old commands in the config file.

Hello evergreen,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We encourage all users to post their software version they are currently running. Most likely the phone is on UCS 3.3.x or newer.
