IP 6000 flashing red lights and blank screen

Just received a brand new IP 6000 ordered from Amazon, and all I get are 3 flashing red lights with a blank display.  Switched PPOE injectors, still nogo.  Is there a way to reset it and try to bring it to life before I send it back for another one?
