Hello I have a Polycom sound station IP 6000 conferencing phones (S/N 64167F05BC57) that we purchased will no longer power up. I have tried different outlets, cables and nothing I put one of the other phones in its place and it is working fine. So looks like there is a problem with the phone,

INGRAM MICRO CANADA sold this unit back in 10/04/2018 so please work with them on an RMA
