IP 650 config error 0x10000

I am trying to bring up and register Polycom 650 using 3.2.3 firmware and 4.1.3 Bootrom files using a FTP provisioning server.  I get config error 0x10000 each time the phone tries to boot up and then goes into a continous loop. I have downloaded the files right from polycom's website and did not edit them. Can any one give me a definite answer on what I am missing in the files or exactly what I need to do to get the phones to pull the correct information from the mac.cfg file and register? Thanks

Hello tbaileylsi,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

The latest currently supported SIP software for the SPIP650 is UCS 4.0.6

I would suggest you follow the above linked FAQ post and then check the log files on the FTP server.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
