Hello, I have IP 7000 and haveing issue of call drop at any point while SIP based call in progress, I have connected them with my CS 1000 Rel 7.0 Avaya PBX and configured with third party SIP lincense,
I have a thought of upgrading its firmware (if that is possible by connecting it with a laptop ?) can someone confirm if the below phone firmware is latest and if not how I can upgrade to latest one ?
