IP321 phone call disconnected after 30 second

I have an IP 321, after I upgraded its firmware to 4.x.x, each time I make a phone call, after 30 second, my call will get dropped, it is really hard to find the problems, hopefully it can be fixed here.

 

In fact, I have tried Softphone, it works very good, so I reset the phone to Factory default, the problem is still there.

 

The following is the information

Hello Yang,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

UCS 4.1.0 is a LYNC only release. If you are using SIP you should use UCS 4.0.6

Above should help you to troubleshoot this locally and gather relevant logs in case you require to escalate this via your Polycom reseller to Polycom support.

thanks for your suggestions, I have downgraded the fireware from 4.10 to 4.06

But my call is still get disconnected after 30 seconds.

 

The way you provide to debug is hard for me, because I am home user, and I have no firewalls !

the way I explained to troubleshoot is the only way for an end user like yourself to do this locally.

 

Any further support would need to come from the company who sold you the phone.
