Hi

We have some IP450s set up with Lync, and have 3 "top" lync contacts linked to the 3 grey quickdial buttons on the top left of the device. Does anyone know of a way other than gaffer tape to stop the red flashing led for an away contact (or just disable them completely)?

Thanks,

No, the flashing LED is used to indicate an offline contact in Lync.

In the next release you'll be able to control which contacts appear on the additional line buttons so you can remove them if you like.
