Hello Daryl,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am aware that this has been tested and the Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 and IP 7000 conference phones are now rated Avaya compliant.

You can either wait for a reply of another community member that has already installed this with an Avaya SIP switch or contact Avaya directly in regards to the settings required.

A basic SIP settings is shown in our FAQ here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Utilizing the community search with the word "avaya" shows multiple results as well => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
