We have a fleet of IP501s and we're trying to get a Savi 700 Plantronics headset to work with EHS (Electronic Hook Switch).  From what we can tell, the required cable is the APP-5, APP-50, or APP-51, with each one replacing the previous.  So we got an APP-51 and hooked it up, but we can't find the Analog Headset option described here on page 3:

http://supportdocs.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/global/documents/support/technical/products/vo...

"Menu > Settings > Basic > Preferences > Headset > Analog Headset"

The phone is running boot rom 4.1.4 and App version 3.1.7.

We also tried setting the up.analogHeadsetOption="2" directly in the phone1.cfg but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Does the IP501 actually support EHS or am I missing something?
