I have a customer with an IP550 that lights up when power is applied, but doesn't go any further.
We've tested with a different power supply from a working phone, and there's no difference.
I attempted to look up the MAC to see if the phone is still in warranty (unlikely, being an IP550), however when I enter the MAC address in the Warranties And Entitlement Lookup page, it says " No Assets found for the Serial Number(s) entered."
We would need to see the original purchase order to verify this
