Hello newmember,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have moved your post to the correct section.

The SPIP550 and SPIP650 are not legacy phones and therefore do not show up in the additional legacy phone configuration as shown by yourself.

All current phones load their additional files via:

<APPLICATION APP_FILE_PATH="sip.ld" CONFIG_FILES="" MISC_FILES="" LOG_FILE_DIRECTORY="" OVERRIDES_DIRECTORY="" CONTACTS_DIRECTORY="" LICENSE_DIRECTORY="" USER_PROFILES_DIRECTORY="" CALL_LISTS_DIRECTORY="">

Please ensure you read in addition:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: What is the relevance of the sip.cfg and phone1.cfg files?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Oct 7, 2011 Question: What is the relevance of the 000000000000.cfg or <mac>.cfg?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

As you may notice the 450, 560, 670, 5000, 6000 and 7000 are not listed either.

All the phones that are classed non legacy follow this way of provisioning and I recommend to study the UCS 4.0.1 Admin guide if more details are needed.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
