I have a IP6000 4.0.11.0583 and no matter what number that calls in the CALLER ID NAME displays From: Carl? Anyone have any ideas?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

 

A couple of your old posts => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution".

 

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if my answer or my advise was useful and has helped you.

 

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?

 

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.

The above logging should help you to identify where the name is coming from.

If all of the above fails please open a ticket.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.
