IP6000 Upgrade

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my IP6000 from 3.3.3.0069 to 4.01   I have downloaded the BootROM 4.4.0 B Upgrader and the UC Software 4.0.1 and saved in to my computer. I then unzipped both files, in the instructions is says to copy the <partNumber>.bootrom.id files from theUpgrader onto my provisioning server? where do I find the part number?

Hello robs@gavx.com,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above should explain it all in detail.
