IP6000 screen not working and need to upgrade firmware

Hello all.  We just switched providers and we need to upgrade all of our phones from 3.3.1 to 4.x.x.  Our IP6000 screen is backlit, but the text does not display.  This makes it impossible for me to manually enter an address to begin the firmware update.  The web interface doesn't have the ability to enter this address anywhere (as far as I can tell).  On 4.0+ it does and is not a problem.  Is there another way to change the server address to pull the firmware upgrade?  Thank you!
