IP650 Daylight Savings Issue

Hi everyone,

 

I just installed a IP650 phone for a user, and the daylight savings is turned on, and can't be turned off.  When I go to the web interface for the phone and uncheck daylight savings and hit the submit button at the botton of the page, the phone never restarts with the new config.  The web interface says configuration updated applying changes.  The phone is never updated though.  This is the only phone on our system that has this issue.

Hello jcj82,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Bootrom version of this phone is 4.3.1.0440

 

We only use Polycom phones in our enviroment.  We have one other IP650 deployed.
