Hi, I need to disable this key. Having done the requisite searchs - google and here - I have the following ,using UCS 3.3.0
<button>
<key key.SSIP650.9.function.prim="Null" />
</button>
1) Unclear if "button" needed or not. No reference in documentation, but I found reference online
2) Tried it without "button" first. Used an incorrect model in it, saw that come up in the app log, so I know the model shown is correct.
My testing today was simply to ensure that the display of DND was set so the button did nothing. I did not try calling to verify. However, everything I tried, pressing the button always showed DND. Each change, I rebooted the phone.
What am I missing? I saw different post regarding hard keys, and I can't see anything I'm doing wrong.
thanks

Hello school-guy,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The mistake you have made is using the wrong spelling. The Phone is a SPIP650 and not a SSIP650.
For other users utilizing the community => search <= function in the forum you may find a direct link to another SPIP650 with DND => here <= or a general DND queries for a legacy SPIP501 => here <= were this was already answered.
