Hello,

On our P650 and P450, when we recieve a call from outside, and we didn't answer, the call is not listed on the "missed call" list.

When this is a call from our organization, the call is listed as missed call. We have VVX 500, P331, P450 and P560, this problem only occurs on P450 and P650.

 

Is there anything missing in our configuration file ?

 

PS : All phone are using 4.0.3 firmware (the latest one)

Hello Knuckles,

 

I am currently aware of a Bug (VOIP-76769) that will not display a missed call or received call if the SIP DISPLAY INFO is missing.

 

This is easy to reproduce and can be checked using Wireshark.

 

I would suggest in order to confirm that you are experiencing the same to raise a support ticket with Polycom via your Polycom reseller.

without confirming that you are experiencing the same issue I am unable to verify if your 4.0.3 is within this reported issue.

 

There has not been a fix released yet for this.

as mentioned before please raise a support ticket via your reseller with Polycom support.

 

Without confirming that you are actually having the same know issue I am unable to verify this against the findings from above mentioned known bug.

 

As far as I am aware this bug above mentioned affects 3.3.x and 4.0.x

Seems that the problem only affect P450/650 with firmware 4.0.X (tried 4.0.1/4.0.2/4.0.3) with the same result : No missed call notification, or in the list of recieved call (when answered).

On 3.3.1, 3.3.2 and 3.3.5 , there is no problem ...

please consult the UCS 4.0.7 Release notes for feedback on this.

 

If users only post here but do not actually follow up the official way our developers are unable to fix issues if we do not know how to replicate these.
