A couple of times that I am aware of all of your IP650's reboot at the same time. They are non PoE so I am not sure what triggered it. They all logged the following at the time of the reboot so it looks like some sort of software exception. Just not sure what would trigger something like this. One user was even on an active call. Logging just before/after reboot follows. Thanks.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

In order to properly investigate this I can only suggest to contact your Polycom Reseller in order to bring this to the attention of Polycom support as this is outside the scope of this community as explained => here <=

 

If you can easily reproduce this please span a mirrored port and get a wireshark trace in addition to the Phones app & boot log.

 

You could test the latest SIP 3.2.6 first and see if this issue still appears.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I can only give you the same advise as I have given the previous poster. I am unsure if he has already contacted our support team but if he has done he has so far not shared the outcome of it.

 

SIP 3.1.3 has been replaced by the latest SIP 3.1.8 or you could use SIP 3.2.7, UCS 3.3.4 or even UCS 4.0.2 Rev B.

I found this in the document:

 

2.5.2 Removed Features

Remove support for the SoundPoint IP 320, 321, 330, 331, 430, 450, 550, 560, 650, 670 products.

 

Does this meaan this version will not support 650s?

you are correct, I simply overlooked this. SIP 3.1.3 Rev C is the latest compatible SIP release in the SIP 3.1.x cycle for the above mentioned models.

 

I would advise you to check the logs if any errors show up or upgrade to SIP 3.2.x, UCS 3.3.x or UCS 4.0.x and then replicate the issue.

 

If this does not address the reboot please raise a ticket via your Polycom Reseller.

I upgraded and I'm still having the same issue.  The odd thing is that there are 2 phones, and they both reboot at the same time.
