We have a Polycom IP 670 in service that when DND is enabled on the phone, it does not respond to invite requests with a SIP/480, which means that DND is ignored and the call is completed.

 

Is there a setting in the configs I have missed someplace that would allow this behavior?

 

The desired behavior is - obviously - to reject calls when the phone is set to do not disturb.

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

This phone was sold back in 27/09/2011 and is well out of warranty. You can contact SCANSOURCE COMMUNICATIONS so they can open a Pay Per Incident ticket for you so they can open a Polycom support ticket for you on this.
