Can a user use either base unit when bridged together using interface, to initiate a call?
Does Polycom have an actual Sales Support email address for questions from the Dealer Community? I can't find it, reverting to the community I guess. Thanks. I do have a Partner Portal access UN/PW.

Hello mhmaetzo,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Partners have access to the Partner response team.
Are you referring to the Multimod Interface ?
Both SSIP7000 mirror each others actions and any input can be placed on either of them.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN

Thanks very much for the confirmation - I will forward your findings over to client that just wanted to confirm that both bases can initiate and then bridge to other for full sending/receiving conferencing via the Interface connection. Yes, that's what I was trying to ask, and I believe you have confirmed it.
I will note in my files, and tell others at my VAR/Distribution that this is the best methodology for retrieving answers to all things Polycom - Dealer Related.
