I am having an issue getting the authorization password to save on a Polycom IP7000 whether it is on the network or not. It is keeping it from registering with the Mitel3300.

Above shows how to add the registration details.

 

In addition it is always useful to post the current software version or in this case ensure you are on the latest UCS 4.0.4 Software.

The authorization password is the only thing not working. Even if I try to set off line.

again the quick reminder in regards of the current software.

 

What do you mean the password has been added offline?

 

Any settings made via the phones GUI have a higher precedence than settings via the web interface and these have a higher precedence against the once made via configurations files.

 

Do you mean that it just shows **** ?

 

If you setup a provisioning server or update to the latest software you could simply backup the configuration or check on the server and verify the settings.

 

You may need to contact your Polycom reseller and / or Polycom support for more details if the FAQ and/or community search is not sufficient.
