Hi,

I bought an IP 7000.

I have tried to log in with konquerer und Chome.

 

Somtimes an site with logon comes up, after put in user and 456 nothings happend.

Android broser shows agfter several time more, I put in some fields and want to save, only see a circle, nothing more. Now  Android did not work anymore. web broser on ip 7000 did work ist sends robots.txt but not comlete menue.

Maybe its impotat i Do port forward from outside LAN.

I do this for more then 20 different products, but I have never such a "mess"

 

Maybe somebody can help

Hello @IP7000didnotwork,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

In addition is this a brand new unit or a used unit ?

 

What type of PC are you using and have you tried a different browser?

Hi, thanks for answering.
I tried this browser:

[1] debian chrome
[2] debian konquerer
[3] android chrome

Its an brand new device and the first problem is the acces to the GUI.

Iam using several different products (may be 25 different producs) where Iam using an web gui to have access to  the products.

I you ask for sip devices several different SNOM phones.

And may be its important Iam using sometims port forward from WAN to the LAN devices.

Hello @IP7000didnotwork,

You still have not answered what software version you are using.

 

I am not aware of any browser restrictions so I can only recommend to try a different PC.

 

The next step would be to raise a ticket.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Hi,

as I told Iam using several products with web gui.

I think the product is bad and will send it back.

The are other brands on the market.
