I followed the details in QT44011 (Sept 2010) to put the phone in "stand alone" mode so that I could get into the menu settings on the phone itself. Error is "application is not present". So very helpful.

This is a new out of the box phone - how do I get it to a state where I can access the menu settings (using the MENU button) and not have it keep rebooting?

This is the only Polycom phone in my network for a single conference room. I dont have the resources to "provision" the phone with FTP uploads/downloads/config files.

Hello @Stosh,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The only way to get this back up is to provision locally via an FTP
