Hi there !

I have some issue with my IP7000 phones, I'm always getting the error message "File System Error: No free space" when I electricaly reboot them...

 

When the phone shows this message I have two options available to select :

- Fix : Which will solve the issue but with a very, very long process

- Cancel : Which will reboot the phone and show the message "File System Error :..." again and again

 

If I choose the "Fix" button, the phone will format the file system and will download it's configuration on the provisioning server, so the phone will work perfectly... at least until the next electrical reboot...

I have the following configuration :

 

-UC software version : 4.0.10.0689

-BootROM software version : 50.5.2324

 

Do you have any idea how I could fix this issue ?

Hello ThomasC,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We would need to reproduce this in our lab so could I kindly ask you to raise this via your Polycom reseller?

 

If the reseller is some Internet discounter and is unable or unwilling to do this please provide me with a MAC address of one of the phones and I look this up.

Hello ThomasC,

 

Arrow ECS sold this phone back in 27/05/2014 so it is out of warranty but they should still be able to open a case for you on this.

 

We would need some personal details and your configuration to replicate this and we are unable to do this via the community.
