Hi,
I have a question abount the Polycom Soundpoint IP phones,
Is there a way we can ignore SIP requests of unknown hosts?
I want to allow only SIP traffic from / to hosts where the phones is actually registered at.
When we have the phones connected on public ip they receive invite from the internet from SIP scanners which we like to ignore.
(We know it's better to place the phones behind a firewall, but we like to enforce the setting above, just to protect our customers).

Hello mariostaphorst,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Not knowing your current software version I am assuming you use something like UCS 4.x.x and therefore can recommend you to check the UCS 4.0.1 Admin Guide Page 540 and look into the voIpProt.SIP.requestValidation parameters.
