Incorrect Name appears on outside line

I work for a company with 3 initials in the company name - when the phone rings from an outside line the information displayed has an incorrect spelling of the company name.  How can I change this so it reads correctly when and outside line dials us?

Hello apdadmin,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

 

It also helps if you tell us at least what Polycom phone model you are using.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
