Hi all,

When someone is doing a transfer, it currently puts the original caller on hold and opens a new line on the same line key to make the call to the new destination.  Is there a way for the caller put on hold to be on one line key and the new line to open a new line key so we know the original caller is on the other line?

We had a situation where the original callee initiated a transfer but the original caller got disconnected and had no indication that they had dropped off.

We're using UCS4.0.4 in our environment.

Thanks
