I am trying to setup Intercom to ring with a custom ringtone and auto answer. My configuration is below. It works correctly however if the contact in the directory has ring type set to anything other than default it does not use ringtone16. Is there a way to force it to use ringer16?

feature.intercom.enable="1"
se.rt.ringAutoAnswer.ringer="ringer16"
voIpProt.SIP.intercom.alertInfo="Intercom"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.class="ringAutoAnswer"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.value="Intercom"

This is the directory entry

Hello @rfut ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

Let me get this straight aka if you set the default in the Ring Tones aka it works. If you specify another ringtone it uses the Ringtone instead of the Intercom Ringtone?

I would assume this is standard behaviour as defining a ringtone in the Speed Dials would have precedence over anything else.

If you are unsure please get this into support.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

SCANSOURCE INC sold this back in 01/11/2019 and they are your Tier 1 contact.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
