Hi,
We are having some difficulity in dialing international numbers from the Ploycom IP 6000 phone.
Basically, when we dial an international number while the phone is on hook it doesnot work. As soon as we start dialing "0011XX" the phone starts dialing out. However, when we input the completed number and then press the dial it works.
I believe this is something to do with the digit map setting on the phone.
We are based at Brisbane Australia and would highly appreciate if you could provide some info or examples on setting this up so it would not dail before entering all the digits.
Thank You!

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Phone unable to Dial a number when Off Hook or on 2nd Call in a Conference
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Above explains the Digitmap in detail and also explains that removing the whole entry will result in the phone no longer checking the number that is dialed.
