Tests :

 

1 - ) Any consecutive calls toward IP5000 are normally received on Ip5000

2 - ) A call from Ip5000 to another phone is normally received.

3 - ) If a fisrt call is dialing from IP5000, we are obliged to waiting about 30s to make a second call

4 - ) Two or more consecutive immediate calls from IP5000 are not sent over ip network ( Trouble on invite authentication).

Hello @botsag,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

Looking at the attached wireshark trace I can see that you are using an outdated software so please upgrade to UC Software 4.0.13 as explained in this public document => here <=

I upgraded firmware to the last version of IP5000 and now i can make several consecutive calls without waiting about 30s betwen two calls.
