Hi,

This is Naresh.

 

one of our customer is using IP7000(version-3.1.0.0084) which is connected as a SIP extension in our unify EPABX( OSB X5- V2).

 

The problem is when the user try to join a conference rooml (using our conference software), it will prompt for a code to enter the room, though the user types the code it's not recieved by our EPABX. But the user can able do it from our properatory phones and other analog phones.

 

Is there any settings to be done or the software need to be updated.

 

Kindly help ASAP.

Hello Naresh,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

The software you or your customer is using has not been supported for years so you should be looking at actually upgrading to a currently supported version.
