Is it possible to remove Favorites menu from VVX

Hi,

 

We would like to remove 'Favorites' button from VVX.

 

Currenly, on VVX300/310/400/410, 'Favorites' is listed under Menu/Directories while on VVX500/600, it gets displayed as softkey (button at the botton of the VXV screen) under contact directory (Menu/Directories/Contact Directory)

 

Is it possible to remove 'Favorites' key itself by using any config parameter from these places?

Hello Dhanaji,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

As a basic requirement it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Checking the UC Software 5.5.0 Admin guide Soft Key Customization Parameters section I am unable to find a softkey.feature.X for a favorites functionality so at present this is working as designed and would require a feature request as explained in one of your other posts.
