After installing the Polycom Uc 5.3 and BTOE 3.0 my contactss favorites list on the terminal are reduce to 7 instead 16 before.

 

How can we change the number of favorits contact on the polycom sceen ?

Menu => Settings => Basic => Idle Screen Settings => Colums

Another issues , how to can I change the Blind transfert  with xml ?

 

I found the entry : call.transfer.blindPreferred where should I put it , any example ?

For you follow up question you do not need to utilize the template files if you do not need all the features included in them. You can simply create you own configuration files only containing what you want to change.
