Issue with D60 paired with VVX 400

Hi,

 

Looking for assistance.

 

We recieve our order of the Polycom VVX D60. We are experience some issues with a VVX 400 version 5.4.3.1014 with the D60. We are able to pair the device and answer incoming calls but I can not make outgoing calls on the D60. I assume there needs to be a setting to setup the default outgoing lines but it only "0 lines" and doesnt provide any settings. Is there extra setting that need to be done? Also with the VVX 400 reboot it looses any setup with the D60 device.

 

We are not using Lync and we are using SIP. Our phone system is Interactive Intellience 4.0.

Hello Jayson,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I briefly tried this and I am unable to replicate. Restarting the VVX400 and/or the D60 base Station will not affect the registration status of the D60.

 

In addition I can make and receive incoming/outgoing calls with no issues.

 

I suspect that the phone may not be compatible with Interactive Intellience's provisioning templates and you would need to take this up with them to check and get support.
