VVX300 (v. 18.104.22.16825) works fine when answering incoming calls until I add the VVX Expansion module. With the expansion module attached when a incoming call is received it no longer shows an external caller id instead shows a different extension number. When I go to answer the incoming call it gives me a new Outgoing dial tone instead of picking up the Incoming call.
Have 6 phones in a ring group including the one with the Expansion Module. All Phones ring at same time. Using the VVX Expansion Module for BLF/Transfer for 12 phones.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
