Has anyone had issues with VVX phones spamming DND subcribes every 15 seconds when utilizing TLS only? UDP and straight TCP is fine. Phones registered through Perimeta to Metaswitch utilizing latest Polycom endpoint pack. Does not matter what firmware I am using. Only issue are the DND subscribes associated with every user on the handset, which forces the softswitch to push out the status after every subscribe. Spamming a bunch of unnecessary traffic and filling up our SAS. Other than that the phones work fine.

This would need to come into support.


In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
