I have had to open a brand new case with Microsoft as the old one had since been closed. I have just been informed via Microsoft that their ticketing, case allocation system is down at present so they cannot provide me with a new TAC number. For reference the old one was as follows 113020510193070. I will update this post with the new one as soon as I get it. Thanks.
