Issues with Polycom 331 connecting to a VoIP server behind a firewall
I've got a bunch of Polycom 331 extensions across three branch offices.
They are all connected to the public side of an IPPBX that sits behind a firewall and is NAtted. The phones register fine but for some reason they can't be dialed. When I configure the same extions on a softphone they register and can dial and be dialled.
Can anyone please assist with this? I heard that Polycom IP Phones support NAT with a fixed IP.
