I tried a Jabra Pro 9465 that uses a RJ9 cable but it does not appear to work.  I plug it into the headset port on the CX600 but I can't get any dialtone, etc. on my Jabra.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Please ensure with your Plantronics reseller that you are actually using the correct wiring for the CX Phones.
