KWS 300 and KIRK 2010 giving a 481 error on transfer

Hi All,

 

We have a strange issue. At a customer we have installed a KWS 300 with 4 KIRK 2010 regristrated to it. We using a asterisk 1.8.32.1 PBX which is accessed by the internet.

 

Everytime the customer attended transfer an external call to another internal phone. The connection is lost and she gets a 481 error shown on the display. An internal call she can transfer fine.

 

How can I tackle this problem?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Could I kindly make you aware that KIRK is no longer a Polycom product since back in April 2013 as outlined => here <= in the former DECT forum.
